~$800/1K Laptop

I only have a desktop so it's about time I get something more portable. I'm looking for a laptop that can:

 

Play games (almost all CSGO) at whatever the screen resolution is (I will plug in my keyboard/mouse/ethernet cable/DAC+headphones)

RAM doesn't matter because I will probably just upgrade it to 8/16GB if it has less than that

Run Photoshop well

 

Preferably one that has a GPU.

 

For around $800. I might be able to go to around $900/1K, but then I won't be able upgrade anything.

 

I am in the US.
