I'm trying, but since 2 hours I have the timer to 15-20 mins of waiting time for the live chat

 

Wow, that sucks. I've seen quite a few people who actually get their issues resolved with them though, so hopefully you'll have luck when they finally get to you.

I don't know why you have waited 2 hours though. I went to their chat a couple times, was never more than 30 minutes--40 at tops.  I would suggest, if you already quit the live chat, to do another and if they don't respond in forty minutes make a thread in the forum. When stuff like this gets put into the public eye a "staffer" generally appears.
