OK, equipment: various desktop (windows 7), laptops. Belkin N750 router, linksys switches, IOMEGA EZ and WD PASSPORT network drives attached to the Belkin via ethernet. OK, the problem: many times I boot up and see the attached screen shot. I click on one of the drives, it waits a while, then I get to it. All drives eventually are there, albeit slowly at first, like they are waking up cranky (like me). No idea what is the culprit or how to trouble shoot.

PLEASE any ideas? What the hell am I doing wrong?

Do you mean they don't mount on startup, and that you need to select a location/drive before it mounts?

You guys are crazy. You know you guys are self-destructive. There's a funny farm somewhere and it's got your names written all over it. But I'm gettin' outta here.
