Lenovo G550 Motherboard replacement upgrade?

Okay little  wacky idea, i'm using a Lenovo G550 and it's a really nice laptop, however its struggling with its older celeron CPU and 2GB RAM, and i was wondering. one of my friends might be giving me his AMD A10 from his old laptop, and i wondered if it was possible i could get a matching mobo and RAM and slot it into this laptops case, since i really like it :]?
