So I decided to go with a raid 0 ssd for my pc, however, I ran into this problem.

After I set up my raid 0 (after I enable it via bios) and continue on with win 7 instalation I run into this problem "Windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computer's hardware"

Any idea how to f ix this issue?

Edit: just posting the steps I take.

Connect my SSDs to mobo (I dont disconnect them, just saying where I started)

while pc starts up mash furiously del key

enter bios>advanced bios

go to sata configuration

select raid mode

pc reboots

I press ctrl+i to enter raid config

rename volume0 to Raid 0

choose raid  (striping)

choose that 128kb

size 223.6

create raid volume

pc reboots and enter win 7 instalation

I select disc 0 (the only one with data available, btw no other disc is present)

win 7 completes instalation and reboots

it stays on "completing instalation"

then I get that "Windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computer's hardware"

Another update: I can install win 7x64 ultimate on my SSD (non raid)

FIXED: I downloaded Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Driver Software and installed during os instalation (just click on drivers OS will look through your usb drive and pick what it can use)
