[Canada] Memory express build?

Hello,

I'm still trying to figure what to get for a PC build. I just want a build that can run games smoothly. I'm not really looking into playing Battlefield or anything, but I wouldnt even mind playing it on med settings if it ran smoothly.  

My problem is that my parents wont let me order any parts online so the nearest computer shop to me is Memory express.

Could you guys help me pick out some parts from the site? My budget is around $500-$650. You dont have to include any accessories in this build.
