You would't need a i7 for gaming. Go ahead for the I5 and use the money you saved on a SSD or something.

 

I would go for this;

 

CPU - I5-4690k

CPU cooler - Either a h100i if you want a lot of cooling, or you can stick with a Airflow from Noctua.

Mobo - Asus z97 mobo

GPU - gigabyte gtx 780

PSU - Any 650W (your choice)

RAM - 8GB ram of either corsair or kingston. You dont need more than 1866 mhz.

SSD - Samsong Evo 840 120 GB

HDD - any place from 1-4TB, what suits you best

Case - Up to you personally. but you need atleast a midtower if you want a h100i, unless you want a tidy build.
