Windows loads then crashes

I was testing my components for a new build, testing the cpu, ram, and motherboard.

Booting of an ssd that had windows in it

It can go to bios, but when booting windows (the twirly lights) it went on for around 5 sec and just crashes

Blue screen of death

I have tried changeing boot devices with win 7, same result

I swaped out the ram, with some old ones, same result

Please someone help me....
