Will ther be a nvidia card 780TI with 6vram in the future ? And if so is it possible to sli it with my 780 TI 3vram ?

Probably not as the 800 series is around the corner and there wouldn't be enough bandwidth to effectively update that much VRAM so it would be useless except in video editing or heavily modded games.

If you SLI two cards with different VRAM, you will always only get the lower one. If you SLI two 2GB cards, you get 2GB usable. If you SLI a 3GB and a 6GB, you get 3GB usable.

No.

As much as I wanted a 6GB 780Ti, it would be pointless. Pointless for Nvidia as it would undercut the titan. (most people still don't know the real difference between the titan and 780ti)
And it is pointless for consumers. All current GPU's are still to weak for a viable 4K option IMO.
Wait for GTX880 or AMD new GPU's supposedly coming out.

Alright thanx guys, I want to get 6gb vram cause im gonna upgrade my monitor and i think in the future more games will need more vram for ultra settings for example the division ? im not sure about this.

yes there will, it's nvidia...

once enought people have bought (been milked) the 6gb version for the 780 they'll release a 6gb version of the 780ti for the same price.

and then once enough people have bought that they'll release the 800 series. This is what nvidia do.

it wouldnt be worth sli'ing with a 3gb version though because you'll still only have 3gb or vram to write to, it doesn't stack unfortunately.

edit-time will tell, doesnt make and difference in your situation anyway, best of luck and enjoy the new monitor

Thanx and will i need to overclock my cpu to get the fps i want from the GPU for now i got I7 4771 @ 3.5ghz and if so do i need a water cooler ?

a good high end air cooler is about as good as an cpu waterblock like the h100 or something (asuming you don't want to go costum)

only difference is, that a good high end air cooler is big ass thing so it's about what your eyes like the most basicly

The fact of a 780 ti 6gb not coming have been known for weeks over at overclock forums(this is not the only tech forum you know) and it has been mentioned here as well. Anyways, I quoted you specifically and not the others because it was precisely your post that was full of speculations and talking BS, now I realise you're just an AMD fanboy, no point for me to continue talking about it. This forum tells you when someone posts while you're at it, a year here and you don't use that feature? tsk tsk tsk

i dont always use that feature because sometimes if you used it whenever it popped up you'd be post number 31 within a few seconds, shush love...
