Steam summer sale question

Ivyk

When you buy for $10 USD you get 1 summer adventure card.

Do you have spend $10 in 1 purchase OR can you lets say buy a game for $7 and the next day buy one for $5 and still get the card?

You put it in a (Steam) wallet, when you have 50$ in your wallet and you buy a sandwich for 5$ you don't have to give the whole 50$.

It builds up, it is over multiple purchases.
