GPU custom loop with CPU expandability

I recently dismantled my rig for a motherboard update to an ASRock Z97 Extreme6 and now have a naked H440 that I would like to set up with a custom loop.  Right now, my priority is GPU cooling because I feel that with my 780 Ti on its way, it will benefit more with GPU Boost 2.0 than the CPU will, which I'll put a leftover Kraken x40 on, for now.  Anyways, to the actual question...

I now accept that I should make a custom loop for my system, but I would like to begin with the GPU.  How do I go about this, and will that leave room for expandability into cooling my CPU in the future?
