When i connect headphones they are not getting detected, there is no sound. Please someone help me.

first off, welcome

Try this, do not use the front panel audio jack unless you cannot physically get to the rear i/o. Less interference, cleaner cable management and yeah.

no one should use the front panel audio unless they absolutely have to.

uhm, you didn't plug your headphones into the mic port did you? Have you enabled or disabled onboard audio in your bios? There might even be something for front panel jacks in the bios.

Thanks :D
Yup, i absolutely have to, i can't reach back panel, cable is too short. It is right port, it should be enabled in bios i checked

Edit:
If anyone ever finds this thread, here is solution:

Unplug headphones
Uninstall realtek drivers
Reboot
Connect headphones or speakers at front panel
Let windows install generic sound drivers
Now computer should detect headphones/speakers
Install realtek drivers, this time realtek drivers will detect front panel
