Graphics Driver Crash

I was watching youtube when my pc when blue and gave me this error system_thread_exception_not_handled atikmdag.sys! I looked on google and it seems to be a graphics driver problem. I took a picture which i will attach. Does anyone else have this problem and know the solution? Or even why it happens?

It helps to put your pc specs, driver versions etc.

What drivers? (14.2, 14.4, beta, etc)

._. Just update... there are some BSOD issues with that version...
