i have a Fx - 8150 overclocked to 4.2 but when am running prime95 some cores drop to 3.3 but bounce back to 4.2 all the cores do his not all at the same time tho anyone know why ?

Not enough voltage. How are your temps?

Could you give us some more info. Like your overclock settings and your idle and load temps?

my temps are 26 on idle and 53 on load my cpu voltage is 1.3

Yeah you could use some more voltage. The max safe temp is 61c-62c. Keep tuning

whats the max safe temp and voltage ? for 24/7 running ?

Little Google-fu will say 61C. But thats with 100% load for hours. While gaming, even while rendering, your temps wont be near your prime temps. Max voltage depends on your cooling.
