At 4k? Or 1080p?

 

He has a 1080p monitor in there, so I'd assume the OP is referring to 1080p.

 

You should expect more than 60fps on Ultra in about any game you throw at it. The 280x is usually the card to goto for 1080p, so the 290x will be more than capable of handling any games you throw at it.

That's a very broad question... just google "r9 290x benchmark 1080p" and look for the game you play.

Anyway, if you dont buy this computer yet, I think we can easily make a better one for you. And why would you need 2 CD driver for anyway?
