Constant Contact Replacement

So my mom is an attorney, and she does alot of non-profit work, and she uses constant contact, but she has all of here contacts in outlook desktop, so CC has a service for that blahblahblah bottom line is the service for it doesnt work at price doesnt matter too much my mom has a little over 750 contacts, and it needs something that can upload outlook contacts as an addon or from a file

I believe you can export your contacts in Outlook into a tab delimited CSV file which many programs can import easily.
