Can't access BIOS

Im trying to reinstall windows on my friends Lenovo B575 and any attempt to get into the bios to change boot order just leaves trying to boot into win7, so basically I press F2 rapidly and its like it just doesn't let me in.

Actually, there's apparently a small button next to the power button on the notebook. I think you press that at start up. Let me know.
