Best 60$ Headset

I need a headset with microphone for my budget of 60 dollars.  Also please nothing that looks completely stupid...

There are no good headsets in that price range. Headsets from the usual gaming companies are trash. Go with Superlux headphones and a zalman clip on.

If you are looking for a headset I would recommend the Corsair 1400. You could also go for a headphones and a mic but that is a personal preference.

My friends have them, they are horribly uncomfortable and another friend actually had the drivers melt. (he was playing them quiet, but it ramped up and ruined them.)

kraken pro isn't much better

It isn't but it is comfortable and pretty sturdy from my experience. 

What else would youeven reccomend then -.- he specifically wanted a headset.

Then if you can stretch to Kingston HyperX headset that is the only one I can recommend. The usual gaming headsets sound as good as $20 headphones.

I've had no problems with mine at high volumes, but I'll admit, after long use they make your ears hot. (Great in the winter though.)

so did i, the drivers are not deep at all, they touched my ears and it was annoying, on top of the bad sound quality, and the headphone sound leaking into the mic so anyone can hear what you can hear when you speak, and the bad earpads
