Crossfire question

Just a general question
I know i should be able to crossfire two r9 270s but do they have to have the same power draw for me to do so for example, I currently have a R9 270 oc windforce which requires two 6pin connecters. would i need to get the same one or can i get a one pin r9 270 to crossfire the cards?

Also would 750w thermaltake toughpower powersupply be enough to power them both i currently have a fx 8320 overclocked to 4.2ghz and 8gb ram?
