HDD trouble

So i had an agentgoflex external drive and the base started havig connectivity issues. So I opened it and made the external drive internal to my new rig, so that happened yesterday, today the drive started disconnecting (from sata 3 port), so i thought maybe it goes to sleep. so i booted back up the pc and started a video playing from the drive while p2p was downloading files in it. after 10 minutes or so my drive started lagging, it appears not to be responsive and the video decides to play for 2 seconds after 15 seconds frozen!
