I need to know if this Seasonic 520W S12II-520  can run this system without any problems:

 

Intel i7 4790 3.6ghz

Asus h61m-E

2x4 DDR3 1600Mhz

PCI-E sound card

EVGA GTX770 2GB

3 HDD'S 7200 RPM

1 SSD

 ya it will be fine but....that cpu is 1150 and h61 supports 1155....it wont be compatible...

It should be okay. You might be cutting it a little close with those hard drives and expansion though. I'd go for a 600W PSU if you can afford one. 

7200 RPM HDDs use less than 10W of power, usually around 6. 520W will be more than fine for him.

Alright, if 520W wont be enough for the system can it damage something ?

It's plenty. If the system doesn't have enough power, it would simply not turn on.
