What gpu you need for dual 1080P monitors? Just for video editing (Adobe premiere), do gpu affect video editing? How much ram do you recommend for adboe premiere?

Will you be able to afford a 280X?

supported GPU list the HD7970 which is the 280X

For ram I would go with as much as possible ;)

For the GPU, I actually use a GTX 780 for 2 1440p monitors and it works great for Developing, Video Editing and some Photoshop work.. ;)

1200$ , Lithuania (Europe) The prices there are a lot different then UK/US. Would a gtx 760 2gb gddr5 be good? Do you really need a bad ass gpu for that?

not a 2gb card would be fine for 2 1080p monitors however id look into getting a 270x or 280 rather then a 760
