Corsair h110 socket problem??

I have read that the 1155 mounting hardware  provided with a corsair H110  does not fit 1150 is this a real problem should i avoid getting it??

there should be a separate parts for mounting 1150 included with the h100i

They use the same mounting holes? Why wouldn't it fit?
