Try setting the OC within bios over having it in XTU.

Would work. But the problem its harder to find the same settings and also it doesnt work as good. I tried it before oc the cpu gave it 300A also raised the tdp and yet the cpu didnt use the full tdp in cinebench and went back 4.9ghz under load. While in xtu it works well and uses max tdp given to it.
