UPDATE: Support refunded my coin with no acknowledgement of the others affected or the false shipping info. Their US distribution center is faking packing lists and, reportedly, shipping actual empty envelopes, and CW is treating it like a lost package. This isn't the trust me bro guarantee, this is the script for a GN video.

 

 

 

Has anyone from Yvonne Corp commented publicly on the orders that arrived with missing coins? When mine wasn't in the envelope I went looking and found a decent number of people saying the same thing.

 

The conspiracies that they were oversold and intentionally faked our packing lists because refunding through CS tickets was easier than cancelling orders seems pretty unhinged to me... But there definitely something wrong at the distribution center and it would be nice to hear from the company.

Don't know if it's any help but mine arrived however it had come loose from it's sleeve. Not sure if this might have caused the issue but the sleeve is very loose fitting. 

Turning it off and on actually does help. Sincerely, I.T. Specialist.

Mine was fully missing and there's enough other people saying this on reddit that it seems to be an issue at the warehouse. I'm sure it was just a packing mistake; but at some point it becomes a process problem and since their customer service isn't known for quick responses to individual tickets it would be nice to hear that it's being sorted out.

they're probably finding out about this issue and working on investigating the what and why.. and how to overcome this issue.

 

defenately do contact LTTstore support if anything is missing from your order in general.. so at least you're on the list of people who've had this issue while they figure out what to do.

I contacted support within 5 minutes of opening the package. The chat bot told me it would be a few days to hear back from a real person.

 

LMG has usually been pretty good about making public announcements when there's a major CS problem backing up their system so people know it's being addressed; I figured asking here was the best way to see if there was an announcement I hadn't found, or get staff eyes on it if they hadn't noticed the discussion on Reddit and the scale of the problem.

if there's an announcement, it's probably gonna be on WAN show i'd assume... so tomrrow at the earliest.

I just got a surprise package with my coin. It looks like they tracked them down and they're making it right.

 

For those of us who reached out and got refunds they're losing at least $45, probably $50+, by giving us the gift cards and the coin for free. There's literally nothing more they could do to make it right other than a personal call from Linus.

 

My trust in the bros has been restored.
