My print screen key is opening a different program other than doing the print screen. First it was opening my bullzip program and now for some reason it is opening Plex!  I'm so irritated with whtaever is going on.  And in my settings I do not have the option to turn on the print screen.  It just isn't there. Can someone help me fix whatever is happening here?

A little more details would help us help you. Like which Windows version ? A detail of your hardware specs ? What you tried so far, etc.

On my machine, the PrintScreen function is activated by ctrl+PrintScr key and it takes a snapshot of the screen and places in into the clipboard. So you need to paste the clipboard into a picture software like Paint to sve it.

Basic cleanup needed. Settings > Apps > Installed Apps. Cleanup anything you don't want/need. Task Manager > Startup tab. Disable anything that isn't essential for use immediately open logging in.

Sounds like you may just have some garbage 3rd part junk installed and running and not realize it.
