Thinkpad E580 display compatibility

Hi

 

Today, I ordered a Thinkpad e580 (i5-8th, rx 550) for £40 for parts because it was cheap and looked to be in good condition. However, the laptop comes without a screen, probably because it was extracted to use with some other laptop.

 

The laptop had two configuration options for the screen: a 768p TN panel and a 1080p IPS panel

 

The resolutions and specs of the screens seem familiar to me as they are used across many laptops.

Do I have to buy a display specifically from an E580? Or can it be a different model?
