Need guidance on upgrading

I am back after a year of hiatus and now have my very own (pre-built) PC! I bought it from a pawn shop about 10 months ago and I am lucky to have found it, but I do have concerns about my Wi-Fi speeds, my almost full storage and my memory almost maxing out. I was just wondering if I would be able to send a spec list and get some pointers on what's good and/or what can be changed. I do think it's a good machine for the price I paid but I would like it to be better. Thank you in advance

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER (and AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics)

Wi-Fi: Realtek 8821CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC

Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 UD AC-Y1

32gb of ram, 1tb of storage

That's all I can think of, I might need to be guided into specifics
