Hi present specs:
Fractal Design North Black
AMD Ryzen 7 9700X 3.8 GHz 40MB
MSI Pro B850-P WIFI
Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL36 Vengean
Arctic Cooling Freezer 36 CO
Corsair RM850X ATX 3.1 850W

Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT GAMING 16GB OC

Problem:

Found the same pair of ram on sale so purchased another 32 gb. It booted at 6000mhz and used windows for a bit until I wanted to reboot which is where it stopped working.
Played around with ramsettings and speeds but it wont boot into windows now and keeps showing the yellow and red led on the motherboard. Found in the bios that I didn't use the same supplier even though all sticks were bought from same link. Took out the two sticks and returned them but now when I am back, the computer doesn't even get to bios and is stuck on yellow and red LED.

Troubleshooting (all steps were given 15 minutes to boot) :
1. Switched the two sticks to different slots and also booting one stick to test from slot 2 from the cpu.
2. cleared cmos
3. booted without GPU
4. flashed new bios version which seems to have gone through as the lights turned of after 8 minutes give or take.

5. Replugged psu cables for cpu and ram.

I am kind of desperate here so am apppreciating all help.

TLDR computer wont boot into bios after testing a different memory config.
