Description of your issue: Installed the program SignalRgb, as soon as it launched 3 fans and 1/2 of anothers leds stopped working, tried folowing all guides found on their wiki, reddit, and from a mod on their discord server. Nothing worked or has worked. Thankfully was able to find a solution by myself, one of my rgb controllers 3.5 of the 6 ports no longer work no fans will light up when plugged into 3 of the ports and 1 of the 3 working ports only lights up half a fan. 

Have you tried solving your issue through the brand's customer support channel? If so, what was the result? 

Tried following all guides found on their wiki, reddit, from a mod on their discord server, emailing their support. Nothing worked or has worked. Support essentially said "sorry but not our problem" after days of waiting for a response, and going back and forth in a few emails.  

What would an ideal resolution of your issue look like?

Transparency from SignalRgb that their product has the potential to brick/fry rgb controllers, and LTT no longer promoting a product that has the potential to ruin devices.

Try checking brightness settings. Sometimes it might end up being set to zero. Also right click SignalRGB and run as administrator. Even if you are logged in as an administrator. If all else fails. Try out OpenRGB

Can't also endorse a product which has never had its memory usage issues resolved. I gave up using SignalRGB a long time ago.

Yeah, did this, switched back to icue even, didnt fix it. the only solution was to switch the fans to my 2nd rgb controller. Ports 4-6 are completely fried, port 3 i have only control over half.

I tried SignalRGB and I had no luck with it. Not sure how it could fry ports on a controller. OpenRGB was able to fix what SignalRGB broke. At least for me.
