White Flickering Rectangles

Today my PC started to flicker these White Recangles on my Monitor with an occasional Sound Pop, Doesn't do it when I plug it into the Motherboard, neither when it's in BIOS or Booting. Tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling Adrenaline and Drivers. They seem to get more violent when Idle. Reseated the GPU and Ram.

 

Can you help me Please? 

 

Pc: Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 2x 32GB DDR5 6000, Aorus RX9070XT Elite, Aorus B650e Elite Motherboard, 1000w Corsair PSU.

Does this happen on any other screen?
Did you use DDU to uninstall the drivers before reinstall?

Same cable?

 

Doesn't look too good for your GPU but lets try a few other things

Same Cable works Fine when Plugged into the Motherboard, using DP. Happens on other screens too. 

 

I'll try using DDU next. Assumed that clicking uninstall drivers in Adrenaline was enough

Okay, thats not good at all.

DDU will remove every single trace of the driver, just clicking uninstall won't. 
DDU is what we recommend before proceeding with possible RMA of GPU.

 

Have you ever done a DDU before?

Yep, so after doing all this i've found out that that it only flickers when the Monitor is set to 240hz, anything lower works fine. lowering the resolution and putting refresh rate up to 240hz also works. 

 

I assume my DP cable just broke somehow? Used to work with HDR, 5k res and 240hz

Interesting!  Possible?  Very often people are having issues with their cable without doing anything to it.

Definitely get your hand on a new DP cable and give it a try.
