That is almost certainly a Powercolor RX 580 8GB. Shroud matches, notches in board match, power connector location matches, same blank backplate
On paper, the RX 580 is about 2/3 as fast as the GTX 1080. Worse if you want Nvidia features like DLSS, NVENC.... also the card's 10 years old and driver support is tapering off.
