A few questions...

 

1, Will an R9 280 survive with a 600W power supply (which outputs 500W)? (with i5 4590)

2, The i5 4590 wont bottleneck the 280 right?

A 600W PSU does not output 500W with a 80% efficeny. It will just draw 750 watt from the wall.
