Computer won't post

I'm trying to make a home media server thinking using jellyfin, with an old motherboard that I have. But it will not post Powers up then spin but just a black screen and not even the caps lock light on the keyboard will turn on. I had this back from when I upgraded my mom's PC between 6 and 8 months ago all the hardware that I am using is known good as of that time. I've gone through trying to reseat the ram the graphics card the processor boot with only one stick of RAM I've tried the onboard graphics I've detached everything from it except for the monitor, I even went with something as silly as all right I'll try to have no hard drives or ssds plugged and see if at least gets to the BIOS then nothing.

gigabyte GA-78-lmt USB 3 

16 gigs of gskill ram

GTX 1050 TI graphics card 

An AMD AM 3 processor can't remember what model and and won't be cleaning it off cuz I used the last of my thermal paste earlier today 

750 watt power supply
