Hey everyone, my PC fans spin up and lights are on, but no POST—no BIOS screen, no beeps, just black screen on monitor (tested monitor/GPU on another rig, they're fine). Here's what I've tried:

  • Reseated RAM (tried one stick at a time in different slots).

  • Checked all power cables (24-pin, CPU 8-pin, GPU power).

  • Removed all drives, USBs, and peripherals

  • Cleared Cmos

  • Tried Flashing bios but it failed

Motherboard debug LEDs show Dram and cpu light

What else could it be? Faulty mobo? Bad PSU? Need RMA advice. Pics attached if needed.

I have to say this has been a miserable experience and im tempted to put a hole in my head.

How long are you leaving it on once you hit the power button.  Ryzen 7000 and 9000 are NOTORIOUS for long memory training times.  just turn it on and wait.  My 7000 series can take about 4 minutes some boots

With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!

Also as a last resort i reset bios it flashed for a bit then the light went solid so i unplugged the pc and took out the flash drive so potentially may have to buy a mobo anyway.

i suggest you try again it's important to stick to the instruction

Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button
1. Download the latest BIOS file from the MSI website that matches your
motherboard model.
2. Rename the BIOS file to MSI.ROM, and save it to the root directory of a USB flash
device.
3. Connect the power supply to CPU_PWR1 and ATX_PWR1. (You don’t need to
install the CPU and memory.)
4. Plug the USB flash device with the MSI.ROM file into the Flash BIOS Port on the
rear I/O panel.
5. Press the Flash BIOS Button to start flashing the BIOS. The LED will start flashing
to indicate the process has begun.
The LED will turn off when the process is complete

if it failed go to any repair shop  they will pregame the bios for you it is completely fixable don't through it away

it's fixable don't worry just try one more time using the instruction

if it didn't work they have tools at repair shops that can program the bios chip

it can  write to it directly

Ok thank you i was worried id doomed the thing
