Im shopping for a new keyboard it has to be Brown keys look decent and have at least 5 side macros Preferably under 120-130

Logitech G710+, only one that has g keys i believe

There's plenty of nice keyboards around that price, but there's very few with the macro keys that you want.. I think some keyboards will allow you to reprogramme different keys and turn them into macros, but I'm not too sure on those. 

 

My first choice would be something from Ducky, but they don't really do the gaming and macro key thing.

Blackwidow Stealth seems about right. Could probably pick one up for $80. Also take a look at the Quickfire TK however, it has no macro keys and the blackwidow does.
