I was just pulling up a game when it froze. I turned the PSU off and now it won't start back up again. The GPU is working, the Motherboard is working since I assume the fans wouldn't be spinning if it wasn't, the CPU fan isn't spinning but I assume that's because it only goes on start up. Any ideas? I sick of issues and just want to play games.

Does your motherboard have a debug LED? If not, can you plug in a speaker to listen for any error beeps?
