NEED HELP!

Bought used Z790-A board, and it’s artifacting, there was one vga grounding pin bent in the bottom right, but we fixed it best we could, to no avail though. I bought the cpu with it, i just dont want to buy a new motherboard incase its the cpu. Not gpu or cable related, and we flashed bios.

System specs please,

Are you using a gpu ?

Did you try to update your bios ?

Did you try another HDMI cable and monitor ?

To me the mobo isn't the first suspect.

(Memtest86 included in the bios ?)
