just checked Nvidia's site, getting new driver now. Ill try them, If they don't work, then it could be my video card. Thanks for your help.

Hi, 

It would seem as if I need some help.

 

While watching YouTube videos in windowed mode on Chrome, I get really bad screen tearing and low frame-rates, and when going into full screen, the same effects, only worse. I have tried updating my flash and checked the option to use HTML5 when ever possible but it still happens. Nothing is taking up any un-necessary amounts of system RAM, (unless you include Chrome).

 

To rule out Chrome as being the problem, I have tried Firefox, Internet Exploder, and Safari, but the problem still exists. 

 

If anyone else has experienced this or knows of a solution, it would be extremely aprechiated if you could share your opinions.

No,I don't have the best computer for gaming, but it does okay and what I need, Its just on the internet as far as I can tell. Its the same, when trying to scroll through webpages. Most notably text ones such as Linustechtips. That has really bad tearing. 

 

EDIT: Just checked in Word, and I get bad tearing on that while scrolling through documents as well.

Turns out It was my drivers. Although, I don't expect my Graphics card to live for long. Its already died twice and come back to life.

It was weird though. Yesterday, my card and drivers were working perfectly, and yet 24 hours later, they acted as if they had been asked to run Crysis 3 at 8K (not around yet, but that's what i could imagine it feeling like)
