CPU for 5070

My current setup is
- MSI B450‑A PRO MAX
- AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with SilentiumPC Spartan 4 100mm cooler
- 32gb (4x8) 3600MHz CL 16 RAM

- SilentiumPC Vero L3 600W 80 Plus Bronze

What would be the best possible CPU to buy on AM4 platform for this 5070 to get as little bottleneck as reasonably possible?
Also I'm aware I will most likely need to upgrade that PSU.

5800x3d or 5700x3d

The forbidden word among PC gamers. AM4 should be sufficient for a 5070, there are options like 5800x3d or 5950x depending on your use case, gaming or creativity
