far cry 3 d3d

Hey, I do not know if i posted this in the right category but whatever, I tried installing far cry 3 on my brothers computer through steam and when it was done and i launched it the following error appeared: C windows system 32 D3D complier.dll is either not designed to run on windows or contains an error. i tried verifying the game cache, and google doesnt feel like responding.

the file is in system 32... and also, i cant find the damn thing anywhere

I usually solve My direct3d issues by downloading the redistributable from Microsoft and running it.
