Just today, I'm seeing boxes on my monitor. And it froze my desktop for a second. On rare occasion, it may blackout when starting up a game or going on YouTube.

 

I sure hope that's not what I think it is...

 

RTX 3090, used.

 

I checked my display cable. Looks fine.

Can you post a photo of the screen showing it? (won't show up in screenshots)

 

Go through the usual process of DDU'ing display drivers and installing the latest version from Nvidia. You may be able to fix it by lowering the core and memory clock speed, but this would likely just be a bandaid solution if it even works at all.

Update: So far, everything is back to normal for now. I havent done the steps yet
