It is now sitting at code 31, which just says memory installed. I can get to bios, it detects my drives.

Clear CMOS by shorting the pins, that will set it all back to the default, and should start with memory training.

If that doesn't fix it: set your RAM to the base 4800 speed and see if it posts then. If it still doesn't get into windows: you may have a defective component.

Intel Core Ultra 7 265K CPU

1 MSI MPG Z890 EDGE TI WIFI Motherboard

1 XPG Lancer RGB 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5 6000MT/S CL30

It has been like this for roughly 8 hours, it cycles though a few of them, and they all come back as some sort of initialization. I don't know if I should pull everything apart and start again, or leave it.

Give all your connectors a good, firm push, then if that doesn't do anything: clear CMOS by shorting the pins (I don't trust the battery removal technique), and if that fails, give each component a re-seat, sometimes it just has a fit because it can.

It seems to have given me hope. I reseated my ram, the guy, and fixed some cabling and it posted on my TV, so hopefully that means it will boot in a few minutes
