PC not starting

Im going to upgrade my PC and it would be my first time I would build something in a computer so therefore I decided to play with the hardware. I know all the hardware works but after I took it out from the case, unplugged everything and plugged the required Things in Again it wont start.

 

Beginner fault?

its possible that you shocked a part of it while it was on the carpet  

Yeah you can see the MOBO gets power as the lamp is turned on.

you got to use the quote button when talking to someone it gives them a message
