As @Caroline mentioned.. A.I. is merely a Program or an App, so the Programs, Apps, and Website section is where it would fall under.

If your question is about general AI taking over the world, General Discussion is fine. For model specific questions, it's software. For deploying and development, there's Programming. And ofc discussion on AI generated content belongs to Off Topic.
