Mini itx first PC build

Hey all, been gaming off of a system my brother had built many years ago on a tight budget, and would like to build my own PC. I work in plumbing now, and the old thing can't even render our interactive blueprint software. 

 

I'd like to do light Photoshop, or video editing, as I like tinkering around in addition to my work. As for games, I mostly play overwatch, and would like to play anno 117 or similar games. I don't need to play on ultra settings, I don't really care about quality, just framerate. 

 

I really like mini itx cases like the k101, that size would be preferable. Are these requirements reasonable for this budget? Any good recommendations?

Sims will greatly benefit from a 3D CPU if Anno 117 is like the rest. Just under budget. Case identical if not better than what I can find under the same name when searching online:
