Need help fixing HDR visual artifacts !

i bought this laptop less than a month ago and i am used to playing with HDR on for equalizing the brightness, saturation and contrasts in games pretty good however now for some reason when i open a game visual artifacts starts to appear more, tried to check in different games and its there when HDR is on, when its turned off everything is fine but the colors are very vibrant even with changing the colors and brightnesss of the games, while with HDR on it equalizes all colors but the artificats start to appear more. i tried finding a fix for it and i came by nothing helpful. I tried calibrating the HDR, resetting graphics card and installing it again from nividia app, tried to reset the colors and display settings however nothing worked out at all. i tried HDR on without a game running and everything was perfect but once a game is running, the artificats start to appear in game and in other apps opened like discord, or google.
