hi I have been having a problem with my computer recently my computer sometimes turns on but mostly it seems to be on but there is no display all fans are running and when i press the power button it also takes the normal time as it usually takes to shut down like the computer is running correctly but with no display it sometimes turns when I change its orientation but its just coincedence as it doesnt work the next time I do it and NO there is no problem with the wire and i also checked no light near the ram or any thing only one orange light when i connect it to the switch but i dont think that its an error light just to tell if the power is being supplied or not. would be real happy if anybody can help me fix it (i have tried reseating te ram and hard resset by holding the power button for 25 seconds without power did not work, the display is fine)

if you haven't already you could remove your gpu from your pc and try using the Igpu for display.

the i5-9400 has an Igpu unless you meant to type i5-9400f.

It could be a driver crash -- download and run DDU, then install a slightly older driver from Nvidia's website and see if that resolves your issue.

but can it be a problem with the tv cause i used both hdmi slots

if the tv works fine without the pc connected then it's most likely not a problem with the tv.

so what can be the problem?

most likely the gpu, ram or power supply. try using only one ram stick at a time to see if it will display with any of them.
