I have a game open. As I write this post, Battlefront II. Then I have a video open on my other screen. Doesn't matter if it's YT or a video file.  hell even facebook video. For whatever reason, the video starts getting delayed. The video gets delayed but the audio continues on. If I switch back, the video instantly speeds up to catch up to the timestamp. I have the current video drivers installed. So I don't know what's doing this.

Is this a new thing? Do you remember doing anything prior to when it first started like a windows/driver update or hardware upgrade?

Win 11 was recently pushed to it but the issue did not start immediately after.  It took a while for the issue to start so I'm not convinced its related.

Nothing else comes to mind? Were you playing with any settings or anything? Messed around in Nvidia control panel or something?

Does this persist no matter what browser you use?

Can you try to use a different user profile in windows and see if it continues?

DDU is a great start, but my guess is that this is the whole Windows Prioritizing Games thing. There's a way to disable that, but it may cause some small % drop in FPS.
You might need a clean install, as sometimes upgrading windows can go awry.
