That's a pretty decent list already, there are things I'd personally change though.

First you can get cheaper 8 core AM5 CPU, 7700 can be basically as fast as 7700x. (also version without cooler, since you already have one can be sometimes cheaper)

Motherboard you have is very good, but for future proof I'd go with something that has B850 chipset, so that the motherboard has PCIe 5.0 for GPU, the ones on my list should have decent VRMs.

RAM I'd swap to something cheaper and faster, something closer to 6000Mhz CL30 target, CL is latency so lower is faster. And I wouldn't grab RGB RAM, because the heatsink on the CPU can block the view of those.

Speaking of cooler, you probably want something like this: ARCTIC MX-4 (2019)ARCTIC MX-6Noctua NT-H2Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut  some new thermal paste since you will probably want to replace the old one when swapping cooler on the new build. (unless you have some)

NVME you chose is actually quite great, MP44L is good SSD, P310 is slightly cheaper and potentially faster because it's more new.

GPU can't really go better with different brand if it costs more, it would have to be higher chip model like RX 9070.

As said by @Hinjima definitely change PSU, as to which. These are good options:

However, I would hold off buying for the next week or (possibly) two as there will be black friday sales (hopefully) reducing ram sales back to earth (they were £85 for a 6000 CL30 2x16gb kit months ago)

Also, I think a 9070 is possible (with black friday sales)

Do you have the AM5 mounting hardware for your current cooler?

What are the full specs of your current system? (Case, ram, motherboard, GPU, fans, etc.)

What resolution are you playing at?
